kate, you said in Who Was the Female Bus Driver that there was a bigger group of kids than we've been told who ran from the school, to the fire house, to Gene Rosen's. --and that one part of the group split away from Rosen's to go to one of the kid's NANNY's house 'up the road'...
After the kids got to the nanny's house, what did she do? Who picked up the kids at her house? The same bus driver or another bus driver?
You also said that they were taken to the police station instead of the fire house.... How confusing is that for the parents?

The kids were in the middle of the road still running. They never made it to the Nannys house. The person who picked them up tried calling the school. When no answer, she called police who said to bring them to the station.

Who picked them up? The same bus driver who Gene Rosen said dropped off the kids at his place?
For clarification, the bus driver or person who picked the 'stray' kids up called the school, then the police.. and the police said to ''bring them to the (police) station"?

Tuffy, the story goes the female who picked them up on Riverside Rd. was identified as Tricia Gogliettino, a sister of Ct. Rep. John Frey, who just happened to be headed to the Sandy Hook school to deliver a gingerbread house for her child who attends there. Apparently she was advised to drop of the children at Newtown Police HQ. The police then drove the kids back to the firehouse. This was the Aiden Licata group of six I believe. The mother Diane Licata picked Aiden up at the firehouse, not police HQ.
Just be aware, I do not know how much of the above is factual. Maybe one of the Newtown mothers could clear this up.

Very true. But some of the parents did pick their kids up at the police station.
