They changed the date of death to the 14th.

It has also been corrected on other sites. I think it was just a data entry clerk trying to be funny.

You're kidding about a clerk just being funny, right? Interesting they can just go in and change info. What about the State of Issue being New Hampshire?

Well the state of issue would be the state where he was born/his parents applied for his SSN.
As for the SSDI - it's user maintained, so the information can be changed at any time, by anyone. It's not a government website from the Social Security Administration
